Melissa Jurgensen (CSIMelissa) > About a year after the restoration/reconstruction of the bridge was complete it was determined that the abutments and wingwalls needed additional work. The bridge was elevated off its abutments so the work could be performed. Photo by Melissa Jurgensen, June 1, 1999.
